Serdecznie zapraszamy na konferencje prasową dotyczacą 7. Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Sztuki Wizualnej inSPIRACJE/Paradise, która odbedzie się 19 kwietnia o godzinie 12 w siedzibie Krytyki Politycznej, ulica Nowy Swiat 63 w Warszawie.
InSPIRACJE to festiwal łączący nowatorskie formy realizacji artystystycznej z interdyscyplinarnym, podejściem do kultury i sztuki. Za nami zderzenie dwóch skrajnych światów Sacrum-Profanum, specjalne instalacje w przestrzeni miejskiej Space a także moda pokazana po raz pierwszy w konwencji sztuki czyli Glamour. W tym roku inspirujemy pod hasłem Paradise.

ZAPRASZAMY!

Szczecińskie inSPIRACJE na stałe wpisały się w mapę najciekawszych i największych wydarzeń artystycznych. Uczestniczyły w nim takie osobistości świata sztuki, jak m.in. Karim Rashid, Peter Greenaway, EVA & ADELE, Marc Tamschick, Carlo Ratti czy Zbig Rybczyński. Festiwal charakteryzuje interdyscyplinarne podejście do kultury i sztuki, co roku towarzyszy mu nowy temat: w 2007 Memories (Pamięć), 2008 Sacrum- Profanum, w 2009 Space (Przestrzeń), a w 2010 Glamour.

W 2011 roku inspirujemy hasłem Paradise.

Paradise to perskie określenie ogrodu lub ogrodzonego miejsca. Paradise to także synonim bogactwa i szczęścia. To miejsce idealne. Uporządkowana przestrzeń,  w której wszystko istnieje w symbiozie pośród piękna i doskonałości. Panuje tu porządek, zasady są znane, a ich złamanie równa się wykluczeniu. Czym współcześnie jest paradise? To raj-marzenie czy ułuda, której monotonię i tak coś każe nam złamać? Bo czy da się prawdziwie żyć w raju..?

Festiwal po raz siódmy stanie się największą galerią w mieście – prace dostępne będą przez cztery dni festiwalowe oraz trzy miesiące ekspozycji letniej. Główny weekend inSPIRACJI odbywać się będzie przed końcem roku szkolnego i akademickiego (9-12 czerwca), a ekspozycja letnia to atrakcyjna oferta kulturalna na czas wakacji.

Miejscem wydarzenia będą budynki 13 Muz, Muzeum Narodowego i galerii „ZONA” nowo powstałej Akademii Sztuki usytuowane w tzw. „Kwartale Kultury” w ścisłym centrum Szczecina. Pierwszy raz połączone dotąd fasadą obiekty zostaną przeobrażone i poddane artystycznej kreacji.

W ramach inSPIRACJI 2011 odbędzie się 45 wydarzeń festiwalowych, w których weźmie udział 117 artystów.

Wystawy towarzyszące Festiwalowi jak co roku znajdą swoje miejsce w Galerii Fotografii FOTART przy ul. Monte Cassino.

inSPIRACJE 2011 / Paradise

International Festival of Visual Art inSPIRACJE is one of the biggest art festivals in Poland. It has been organized for 7 years by 13 muz - cultural institution from Szczecin, and due to its recognizable brand it gathers a great number of visitors and artists (Karim Rashid, Peter Greenaway, EVA & ADELE, Marc Tamschick, Carlo Ratti, Zbig Rybczyński) each year.

inSPIRACJE raises different issues of modern art; each edition of the Festival is dedicated to a new leitmotiv (as memories, sacrum-profanum, space, glamour). In 2011 inSPIRACJE shall explore a subject of Paradise.

Paradise is a Persian definition of a garden or a fenced space. Paradise also presents a synonym of a wealth and happiness - an ideal, organized space, full of symbiosis, beauty and perfection. It is also full of an order and well-known rules under the threat of an exclusion from a paradise. The Festival answers the questions: what is a modern version of a paradise? Is it a dream-land or just a monotonous delusion, which we want to destroy? Can anyone truly live in a paradise?

The 7^th edition of the Festival inSPIRACJE shall again become the biggest gallery in the city - the exhibitions will be accessible for visitors for four days during the main Festival weekend (9-12th of June 2011) and 3 months during the summer. The main weekend of the Festival begins before the summer break at schools and universities, and a summer exposition shall be an interesting offer for the holiday time and the "dead season" in art exhibitions. The Festival shall also employ a new form of presentation of an art - festival works will be exhibited in combined space of two main institutions in Szczecin - 13 muz and The National Museum (Modern Art Department). 4000 of square metres shall be un-institutionalized and released from offices what would give a perfect space for a confrontation of young and well-known artists from around the world. These space will turn to a huge installation, merging both, traditional and modern forms of an art (video art, photography, modern painting, music, sculpture, film, installation, fashion) with a help of 117 artists invited creating over 45 Festival events.
